These are half of a series of drawings that I finished last night for my friend Jen's upcoming art show/party. I'm pretty sure these four little characters are going to be my new pet project for awhile. They're the new bear suit. Except that I'm still really feeling the bear suits. They are the cousins of the bear suit. Or something. Anyway, if you click through to my Flickr you can see it much much bigger which is much much better, of course.

Happy Two Thousand and Nine!!!!
To my many thousands of readers I would like to extend the warmest ever New Years wishes. They smell like cut grass, and thunderstorms, and good grades, and new toys. Enjoy them.
My resolutions, you ask?
Gladly.
#1. Finally get that flying car:
#2. Finally get that robot boyfriend:
#3. Finally make Audio Books of your favorite (short) book:
As anyone who knows anything already knows, only one of these resolutions stands much of a chance of happening. So try not to be all weird to my robot boyfriend when you meet him.
Seriously, this will be the year of the audio book by me. Now taking requests. No Tolstoy, no foreign language, and nothing where I have to use too many sexual euphemisms or you'll just have a tape of me giggling. Because I'm twelve.
